ALL SOD EVENTS 2020

The full Shannon One Design (SOD) calendar has been published by SODA.  Have a look, a great opportunity to explore Lough Ree, Lough Corrib and even the Shannon itself.

Some of the events that are outside of the LDYC/LRYC 'norm' are:

• Mountshannon Regatta - Mountshannon village, Clare 
  
• Long Distance Regatta,
• • Starting in Athlone (LRYC) and travelling over two days through the River Shannon stopping in villages including Clonmacnoise, Banagher finishing in Portumna (top of Lough Derg). - An Adventure if there ever was one.
• Corrib Regatta
  
• North Shannon Regatta
  
• Wolf Regatta, Terryglass, Tipperary.
  

Interested - then get in touch with your Class Captain for SODs or even with SODA to join in. There is always a warm welcome awaiting new SOD Sailors or indeed LDYC SOD sailors new to travelling!
